One of the most common questions we get asked is what can I eat with my braces. When you have braces it's important to choose food and snacks that are gentle on your teeth and won't damage your braces. Here are 10 food ideas as recommended by our team that are safe and braces-friendly:

  • Soft fruits: Opt for soft fruits like bananas, berries, melons, and seedless grapes. Cut them into small pieces if necessary.

  • Yoghurt: Smooth and creamy, yogurt is an excellent snack choice when you have with braces. Avoid yoghurts with added nuts or granola and lots of added sugar.

  • Pasta, Spaghetti and noodles are really soft and easy to eat. Add your favourite sauces for lunch, dinner or even a snack.

  • Cheese: Soft cheeses like mozzarella or creamy spreads like cream cheese are good options. Avoid hard or chewy cheeses that can get stuck in your braces.
