If patients are moving to a different region and need to transfer to a different orthodontist, we will work out how much of the treatment has been paid for, and how much is to go. We use an NZAO standard formula to calculate how much of a ‘refund’ may be due, and we will generally send this credit to the new orthodontist, together with all your records, so that you can carry on your orthodontic treatment.
Similarly, if you are moving to the Nelson Tasman area, and are mid-way through orthodontic treatment, please contact you existing orthodontist to arrange a transfer to Nelson Orthodontics.
