We are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic and reliable star to be the face of our practice and to provide a wide range of administrative support. No two days are ever the same.
You will be an exceptional communicator and enjoy liaising with patients, their families and the wider dental community to schedule appointments and administer incoming and outgoing correspondence. You will be responsible for processing financial transactions, entering financial contracts and assisting with reports for patient management optimisation.
This role requires a high level of discretion and integrity, particular attention to detail and accuracy; and the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Proven computer skills in MS Word and Excel, competency in touch typing and a willingness to embrace new technology are essential for this role.
This is a full time permanent position with usual hours of work between 8.15am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
