E-texting

In today's busy world we try to make your life easier by reminding patients of their appointments by e-texting their mobile phones. If you are a new patient or an existing one please inform our friendly reception staff of the cellphone number we should e-text to.

How it works

A few days prior to your appointment we will send you a text message reminding you of the appointment. Unfortunately the text message will not confirm the time of the appointment.

If you are unable to make the appointment or wish to change it, simply ring us on 546 6981.

Computerised Check-In

Our new computer system has a self check-in facility. When you walk into our reception area you will see a computer screen displaying the letters of the alphabet.

Simply click on each letter of your surname and then click on "check in" and your name and appointment time will appear on the screen. By clicking on "OK" you are now checked in and the Orthodontist knows you are waiting in the reception area.
